From exclusive dealership rights with ten global automotive brands to capturing 13% of the Egyptian market share, Kasrawy Automotive has reshaped the auto landscape in Egypt. The same entrepreneurial spirit that sparked this journey continues to drive the Group’s expansion and community impact today.

Our Role: Evolving a Legacy into the Future
Ants & Elephants was brought on board to re-strategize Kasrawy Group’s brand architecture and identity, aligning its brand identity with its modern ambitions while honoring its historic roots.

We began by developing a flat brand architecture that introduced distinct sub-brands under the unified Kasrawy name. Each was given its own color system for differentiation while maintaining visual consistency across the group.

Brand Uplift Highlights:

  • Logo Refresh: We refined the original logo to enhance clarity and reduce visual clutter, simplifying lines and spacing to create a more defined and balanced wordmark.
  • Graphic System: Inspired by the “K” icon, we created a set of unique visual elements that echo the brand’s legacy and forward-thinking nature, used across layouts and communications.
  • Typography & Color: We introduced updated fonts and a refreshed color palette to give the brand a sleek, contemporary look that still resonates with its heritage.
  • Comprehensive Brand Rollout: From internal documents and uniforms to office interiors, communication templates, the company profile, and website design—every brand touchpoint was elevated to reflect the Group’s vision and values.

This rebrand is not just a facelift, it’s a transformation that carries Kasrawy Group into the future with clarity, confidence, and cohesion.
